Achieving the minimalist architectural aesthetic requires concealing unsightly services. Simplis Access Hatches are designed to be invisible.
Simplis together with The Access Panel Company Ltd can advise the most discrete access solutions possible.
The hatches will fit flush against your wall or ceiling surface and will need some framework to be secure. We recommend planning the positions early in your build to place the panels out of sight as possible. For example bathroom access can sometimes be relocated to other sides of walls rather than disrupting a tiling scheme. Full width hatches in corridors and built in shadow gaps can disguise the purpose of the hatch.
The hatches vary in depth for different specifications but all can be tape and jointed or skimmed in to blend into your wall or ceiling surface. Push catches or concealed locks are a speciality helping to further blend the hatch into the surface. Our aim is make the hatch unnoticeable and we recommend overpainting in the same paint as the surrounding for best results.
Tested by Exova Warrington & Chiltern International for Fire and Acoustic reduction Simplis has a solution for most situations.
