Simplis can assure you that we only supply fully tested and certified products capable of being fitted under Certifire and Q mark scheme approval. Simplis Fire Doors are tested to BS476-22 & EN 1634-1. The Simplis fire test program has to be cost aware but is always striving to achieve in excess of the minimum regulatory requirements. Simplis can recommend Certifire and Q mark installers for all their products to ensure fitting compliance.
The Simplis Fields Fire Door range is the result of years of testing and development.
Simplis Fire Test the Soleco Range of Steel frames in single, double and leaf and a half configurations with various ironmongery options in both latched and unlatched positions.
Any steel frame installed with a timber door must be tested as a set. Only certain approved door blanks can be used and only with the correct intumescent. Simplis have various assessments that cover most instances and will conduct further testing or assessments if your project is not properly covered.
Fire resistance ranges from FD30 to FD120 in some of the largest configurations possible. Simplis recommend CW Fields door blanks. All Fields doors are tested to BS476 part 22:1987.
